We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business details), data generated through use of the Service (proposals, invoices, time entries), and usage analytics to improve the product.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails, process payments through Razorpay, and generate AI-assisted content. We do not sell your data.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced on all user data. Connections are encrypted in transit via TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We use Razorpay for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Google Vertex AI for content generation, and Upstash Redis for caching. Each has its own privacy policy.
When you add clients to the platform, their data is stored under your account and used solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use client data for any other purpose.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via Settings → Account → Export or by contacting support.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
