By accessing or using LANCEIO ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
LANCEIO is a business management platform for independent professionals. It provides tools for proposals, contracts, invoicing, time tracking, and AI-assisted content generation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity, send spam, impersonate others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service uses AI to assist in generating proposals, contracts, and emails. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use.
Electronic signatures facilitated through the Service constitute legally binding signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA, and equivalent international laws where applicable.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., Razorpay for payments, Resend for email). See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
